Rain has finally hit the Oregon Coast and the Chinook Salmon have at last been able to migrate up their natal streams to spawn. The Chetco, Elk and Sixes Rivers' harbor the latest run of King salmon on the South Coast of Oregon.
These rivers are often so low in the summer, the salmon don't even bother going upstream until a substantial rainfall.
When the rain does come each year...whenever that may be...We are waiting!!!
