Guided salmon and steelhead fishing on Southern Oregon's Rogue, Umpqua and Chetco

Fishing in Southern Oregon with Phil Tripp on the Upper Rogue River

Still catching some awesome fish on the upper Rogue River. Side-drifting eggs is still the most productive method. We day started off a bit slow when we missed a few fish. However, in the last hole of the day we found a school of hungry steelhead and went 3 for 4 in that one hole. Not bad for a short 4 hour drift!
My new motor is proving to be a very good investment, it really does give my clients a lot better chance of having a great day on the water.
