Guided salmon and steelhead fishing on Southern Oregon's Rogue, Umpqua and Chetco

Slate and Aja on the Rogue 11/15 & 11/16

Slate's hatchery buck caught on the side drift!

Bobber and roe was working good for Slate and Aja!

Aja watched her plug rod slam down and then reeled in this beauty!

One of the many half pounders of the couple days!

Coastal Cutt Throat Trout this size are an awesome bonus!
We caught around five this range. (All must be released)

Anothey hatchery fish that fell for roe fished under a bobber!
Great couple of days and a good job by Slate and Aja dealing with the slower bite that we seen due to the first big storm in November moving in. We had to switch to a slower presentation and roe definitly out fished plugs on these two days.
For your chance at a great day of steelhead aad Coho fishing give me a call at (541) 613 8754
As of today 11/21/12 the Rogue River is high and muddy below Big Butte Creek a mile below the hatchery. The water is on the drop and I expect the fishing to really pick up in a few days and continue to be good all the way into early December.
I am also NOW BOOKING winter steelhead trips on the Rogue and South Umpqua Rivers.
